Freezing time: 30 minutes



▶︎ Step 2: Prepare the batter

1 - add 200 gr. of grounded almonds into a large bowl (00:03)
2 - add 45 gr. of coconut flakes (00:05)
3 - add 30 gr. of cocoa powder (00:07)
4 - add 2 gr. of bourbon vanilla (00:10)
5 - mix all ingredients with a tablespoon (00:13)

7 - add 8 - 10 dates, 20 - 25 gr. of erythritol or a tiny pinch of stevia into a blender (00:20)
8 - melt and add 120 gr. of butter OR coconut fat (00:22)
9 - blend all ingredients (00:27)

10 - add the blended ingredients to the large bowl (00:33)
11 - mix all ingredients withe a tablespoon (00:37)
